Born in Kazakhstan, trained across three continents, now building bridges between the hockey world of Central Asia and North America. After a career that took her from the national team to the NWHL Metropolitan Riveters, Bulbul Kartanbay channeled everything she learned into something bigger — creating access, opportunities, and pathways for the next generation.

In 2025, KB Sport Agency organized Kazakhstan's first-ever representation at the Bell Capital Cup — the world's largest hockey tournament for youth — fielding two Kazakhstan Select teams in Ottawa.
